2026 Summer Camp

CAMP SCHEDULE

Camp enrollment is offered on a weekly basis from July 20 through August 14, 2026. Each camp week features an independent curriculum. Note: Camp weeks are blocked once the week is full.

Full-day and half-camp day options available. The full day is 8:30am–5:30pm. The half day is 8:30am–12pm. Late pick-up from 5:30 to 6pm is available for an additional fee.

The first sibling receives 5% off and additional siblings receive 10% off.

REGISTRATION AND TUITION

Students can enroll for consecutive or non-consecutive weeks. We recommend that students take consecutive weeks when possible to ensure the fullest continuity in learning. There is a minimum sign-up of 2 weeks.

At registration, there is a prepayment of $100/week that is credited toward your full camp tuition. If you reduce the number of weeks you take after registration, the $100/week for the dropped week is nonrefundable and nontransferrable to the tuition for other weeks.

Note: There is a surcharge of $100 for registrations of only 1 week.

There is a $75 registration fee for new or returning VSA Future students (a returning student is one who stopped VSA Future classes more than three months ago).

You will receive an invoice for the remaining tuition balance via email with payment instructions after registration. Your camp spot is only guaranteed after full payment is received. If payment is not received by the deadline, your slot will be made available to families on the waitlist and you will receive a refund of your prepayment minus a $100 processing fee.

If you add additional weeks after your initial registration, the additional tuition will be calculated at the tuition rate of the time you added the weeks, not the rate of your initial registration.

Full payment is due 5 days after the invoice is issued.
